Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel with at least 3 business days' notice before your next billing date. Monthly plans aren't refunded part-way through a month (see our refund & cancellation policy). Upgrades take effect right away (prorated); downgrades start at your next renewal.
What do I get for $27?
The Laid Off? Launch. AI Business Playbook (digital) plus a personal AI audit: you answer a few questions about your business and we send back a written list of where AI can help first and which plan, if any, fits. It's a one-time purchase; nothing monthly unless you choose a plan. Refundable on request within 14 days.
Which AI tools do you use?
Your service is AI-powered and run by KONTINU. We choose, pay for and manage the tools behind the scenes, so you never have to pick vendors, compare plans or juggle logins.
Why is it so cheap?
Because what you're mostly paying for is usage: the computing power it takes for AI to do your work. We run lean, and you're not paying for office overhead or a big staff.
What if I need another paid tool or subscription?
We buy and manage it for you and add it to your monthly invoice at our cost plus 20% (minimum $5/month per tool). You approve the written price before you're billed. Nothing gets charged without your OK.
What happens if my AI team hits its usage limit?
Each plan comes with a weekly usage allowance. If it runs out, work pauses until it resets the next week, and your weekly report tells you. We don't bill you for going over. If it keeps happening, we'll recommend whether an upgrade makes sense.
What if I want more than my plan includes?
Extra work in a month is queued for the next month at no charge, or you can add a pack now (for example, 8 extra deliverables for $40 or 5 extra requests for $25). You always approve the price first.
I started Launch at $29. Can I upgrade to Grow or Scale?
Yes. Upgrading to Grow or Scale replaces your Launch plan, so you pay for one plan, not two. We cancel the Launch subscription for you.
Can I leave and do it myself?
Yes, anytime. There are millions of ways to do AI yourself, and more every day. We're here for people who don't have the time.
Will anything get posted or sent without me knowing?
No. Drafts are prepared by your AI team, and nothing is posted or sent on your behalf without a human approval click.
What's not included?
Ad spend, legal, tax, medical or financial advice, tax filing, and live 24/7 chat support. Regulated industries (health, legal, finance) may need a separate review before we can take them on.
Is there a guarantee?
We don't promise specific results. What we do commit to: no long contract, no surprise charges, you approve every extra before you're billed, and the $27 and $37 digital products are refundable on request within 14 days.
What happens to my data?
KONTINU is the only company you hand your data to. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Each client gets its own private workspace, we collect only what we need, and you can ask us to export or delete your data anytime through our contact form. See our privacy policy.
