Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every purchase from KONTINU INC to feel safe and easy to understand. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Monthly plans (Launch, Grow, Scale)

• Plans are month to month. There is no long-term contract.
• You can cancel at any time. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
• We don't give partial-month refunds. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
• This also applies to the $29 first month of Launch. After the first month, the regular $59/month price applies unless you cancel.
• Upgrades take effect right away, and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, with no refund for the current month.
• If you upgrade from Launch to Grow or Scale, the new plan replaces Launch. You pay for one plan, not two.

Digital products ($27 Playbook + AI Audit, $37 Prompt & Template Vault)

• Refundable in full on request within 14 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us with the email you used to order.

Annual prepay (if you choose it)

If you cancel a prepaid year, we refund the unused full months, minus the setup fee that was waived when you prepaid.

Add-ons and extra tools

We never bill an add-on or extra tool unless you've approved the written price first. Extra tools are billed at our cost + 20% (minimum $5/month per tool).

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice.

How to cancel or request a refund

Send us a message through our contact form. We'll confirm your cancellation or refund in writing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
