Your data stays yours. KONTINU is the only company you hand your data to. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

This policy explains how KONTINU INC ("KONTINU", "we", "us"), based in Houston, Texas, collects and uses information through this website and our services.

Our privacy promises

You hand your data to KONTINU only. You give your information to us, not to a network of partners. We don't sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we don't use it for ad targeting.
Your own private workspace. Each client gets its own dedicated workspace for their AI team. Your information and work are never shared with other clients.
Only what we need. We collect only the information needed to deliver what you ordered and to run your service.
Export or delete anytime. Ask through our contact form (choose "Export my data" or "Delete my data") and we'll send you a copy or delete it, except anything we're legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Nothing goes out without you. Nothing is sent, posted, spent or deleted on your behalf without your approval.

Information we collect

Checkout and order forms: your name, email, phone number, business name, how you heard about us, and the products or plans you choose.
Onboarding form: details about your business, such as website and social handles, industry, business description, brand colors and style, goals, tasks you want handled, pain points, competitors or brands you admire, current tools and spending, desired start date, preferred contact method and anything else you choose to tell us.
Newsletter signup: your first name and email address.
Payments: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your payment and basic billing details, but not your full card number.
Technical data: the page or step a form was sent from, campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source), the referring page, and, if analytics is enabled, standard usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
Browser storage: we save your progress through our order pages, and whether you've already seen our pop-up, in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter details.

How we use it

To deliver what you ordered, including your playbook, AI audit and any AI team plan.
To set up and run your AI-powered services, which are operated by KONTINU.
To contact you about your order, onboarding and account.
To send our newsletter if you subscribed. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To improve our website and services.

AI processing

Our services are AI-powered. Information you give us is processed by AI tools that KONTINU selects and operates, inside your own private workspace, only to plan and deliver your work. Nothing is posted or sent on your behalf without a human approval.

Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Service providers. To run our business, a small number of service providers work for KONTINU behind the scenes: website hosting and form handling, payment processing, email, and the computing tools that run your service. They handle your data only to deliver our service to you, under confidentiality. When you pay by card, you enter your card details on our payment processor's secure page so that KONTINU never sees your full card number.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or unsubscribe from our emails, through our contact form. We confirm every request in writing. You can also clear your browser's local storage to remove saved progress.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
